This website presents professional services and selected projects. Its information is indicative and does not constitute a binding contractual offer. The terms of each assignment are agreed directly with the client.
Content and brands
Original text and resources may not be reused commercially without permission. Other organizations’ brands and logos belong to their respective owners and identify professional collaborations; they do not imply a general endorsement of DOER’s services.
Contact data and purposes
The website has no contact forms. If you contact DOER by email or WhatsApp, identification details, contact details and information you provide will be processed to respond, assess the assignment and manage the professional relationship. Providing data is voluntary, but sufficient information and a means of contact are needed to respond. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data or information about other people.
Legal basis
Enquiries about potential assignments are processed to take precontractual steps at your request and, if an assignment is agreed, perform the contract. General professional communications are managed on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to requests received. Data needed to meet legal obligations is processed on that basis. Enquiries will not automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.
Retention
Data will be retained for as long as needed to resolve the enquiry or manage the professional relationship. Once no longer needed, it will be erased or access restricted for the periods required by applicable legal obligations and potential liabilities.

Hosting, email and communication providers may be involved in delivering these services, and authorities where there is a legal obligation. The website is hosted on Sites; access may generate technical logs such as IP address, date and requested resources needed to operate and protect the service.
