I get involved in each organization’s context to understand the challenge, define a response and move it forward. I combine strategic perspective with day-to-day management: coordinating people and decisions, working through the details and delivering the tasks the project needs. When needed, I bring in specialists from my network and connect their contributions with the client’s goals.

I bring an understanding of artificial intelligence’s possibilities and limitations into project design: new features, task automation, information analysis and process improvement. I assess where it can be useful, what data and conditions it needs and how it fits the way teams work. From there, I define use cases and requirements and, when needed, coordinate development with specialists.

Support the adaptation of methods, processes and tools so different stakeholders can work on complex challenges. Connect organizational needs with methodological and technological development.
Explore change and future scenarios, assess their implications for the organization and translate them into decisions and action today. Design processes and workshops with specialists when the challenge calls for them.

Collaboration on the evolution of a digital social innovation tool: information structure, visualizations, workflows, new indicators and improvement priorities. Support for communicating the tool, presenting it to potential users and adapting it to the needs of each project.

Coordination of strategic relationships with sponsors of Barcelona 2026, World Capital of Architecture: stakeholder needs, agreements, activations and day-to-day follow-up with the technical office.
Support for shaping a governance tool to address a territory’s complex challenges. Identification of internal needs and coordination of their translation into requirements, methodology and development, connecting the client, Agirre Center and the technology team.
Support for an administration team in the Social Rights department in designing management indicators for everyday work. Identification of opportunities to improve internal planning, processes, service quality and staff wellbeing, aligning indicators with organizational objectives.
Strategic and functional design of a dashboard for commercial monitoring and decision-making. Definition of key indicators, visualizations and screens based on available data and team needs, with information tailored to different user profiles and a proposed system of alerts and notifications.
Design and delivery of strategic foresight training at Elisava, NovaGob and the Escola d’Administració Pública de Catalunya. Analysis of trends and drivers of change, exploration of future scenarios and connection of their implications with strategy and action plans for the present.
